2. Program Description

The Mason Technologies SMS Program provides SMS communications related to technical support and service delivery. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Support ticket updates and status notifications 

  • Service scheduling and coordination 

  • System alerts and outage notifications 

  • Follow-ups related to active service requests 

By opting into this program, you consent to receive SMS messages from Mason Technologies for these purposes.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction, active service requests, and system activity. During active support events, users may receive multiple messages per day.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Mason Technologies is not responsible for any charges incurred.

5. Opt-In & Consent (Proof of Opt-In)

Customers may opt into SMS communications through one or more of the following methods:

  • Written Consent: Customer signs a service agreement, onboarding document, or digital form that explicitly includes SMS consent language 

  • Web Form Submission: Customer submits a support request form that includes a checkbox consenting to SMS communication 

  • Verbal Consent: Customer provides consent during a recorded support call 

  • Text-Initiated Opt-In: Customer initiates SMS communication with Mason Technologies 

All opt-in actions are documented and stored within Mason Technologies’ systems (e.g., ticketing system, CRM, or service platform) and include:

  • Customer identifier (name/company) 

  • Phone number opted in 

  • Timestamp of consent 

  • Method of consent (form, agreement, verbal, or SMS) 

This information is retained as proof of opt-in in compliance with carrier requirements.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

  • Text STOP to unsubscribe 

  • After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages
