NYC OTI Contract # MA1-858-20258800267

Mason Technologies stands proud as the prime technology integrator for the City of New York under a contract managed by the NYC Office of Technology and Innovation (NYC OTI). Our contract has recently been renewed, reflecting the city’s continued trust in Mason’s expertise and dedication.

As part of this partnership, Mason is called upon to design and install all low-voltage (copper/fiber) structured cabling, data center solutions (including IDF/MDF cabling, rack fabrication, software management suites, and access control systems), technology cabinets/racks, and passive and active power distribution and monitoring solutions required by the city. Our work modernizes and reinforces critical infrastructure to support New York’s most vital operations.

WHY NYC TRUSTS MASON

The City of New York turns to Mason Technologies because we are more than just a technology partner—we are the backbone of critical infrastructure, the team that shows up when it matters most.

Always There When It Counts: At 12:01 a.m. on New Year’s Day, when an emergency arises, we are the ones who answer the call. Whether it’s a crisis that threatens public safety or an urgent need at a city facility, Mason’s technicians show up— ready to work through the night and beyond— until the problem is resolved.

Prepared for Anything: With almost 200 full-time, W-2 technicians and a fully stocked over 53,000-square-foot warehouse, when we’re called upon to help the city—we’re always ready to roll. No matter the ask, we get the job done right the first time with state-of-the-art solutions that last. From laying over 10,000,000 feet of cable and fiber annually to deploying mission-critical materials at a moment’s notice, we ensure New York’s essential systems remain connected, secure, and reliable. We’re manufacturer agnostic and will design and build a proper solution that fits any need and budget without sacrificing quality and dependability. Under our OTI contract, we manage world-class design firms, MEP firms, and general contractors to ensure every project for the city is executed with seamless collaboration and held to the uncompromising standards we set for ourselves. With Mason at the helm, excellence isn’t just expected—it’s guaranteed.

A 24/7 Lifeline for the City that Never Sleeps: The work we do isn’t just technical—it’s essential to keeping people safe, secure, and functioning. The city depends on Mason 24/7 to support its vital infrastructure, helping ensure humanity’s most critical operations never falter. New builds, multi-floor renovations, emergency fixes, or even a single conference room upgrade, no matter the scale or the timeline...if the city needs us, we’re ready for the challenge.

Passionate About Service: At Mason, we treat every project and service call as if we’re helping family. We answer the phone immediately, show up when others can’t, and deliver lasting solutions that protect and serve the people of New York. This unwavering dedication is why the city continues to put its trust in us.
